Hello and thanks for your interest in this guitar building venture of ours. Sean Paden here! It's been a four year journey so far with a lot of experimenting (fun) in between Linkin Park tours. We are looking forward to making these guitars able for purchase in the coming month. These guitars will be produced in small runs of 10-20, as the the materials used are not consistently acquired. I never know what I will find or how much of it I can use to build guitars. Having said that, I do have several sources of discarded, thrown away, reclaimed, unused or donated materials which are obtained daily, so building materials are not the problem. The big job is organizing all the different material, and grouping it together to make the guitars produced look and sound as close to the others in the run. Hence the small production runs. We are thinking about keeping the color of the guitars the same within each separate run as well. Several different runs will be in production at the same time, so hopefully there will be a shape and color for everyone. Still trying to figure out all the possiblities and the best way to make these special instruments available to own. This will be available in the coming weeks. Right now we are finishing a few custom orders and we invite you to follow our progress through pictures on instagram @greengtrproject. Questions are always welcome and can be left here, on twitter @greengtrproject or on instagram @greengtrproject.
I would also like to thank Anthony for getting this site together for us and his perspectives on many fronts. Thank You Anthony! Great guitar player as well.
Thank You, once again for all the interest in these guitars and for supporting a couple of guitar builders trying to do something different. More details coming soon.
All The Best, Sean Paden

Just a quick update here, wanted to let you guys know GGP now has a Twitter page! I've added a link to it on the top right of the site. Feel free to follow us @GreenGTRProject and stay in touch. We're working on getting a Facebook page up soon too!

So things are coming along slowly but surely around here...first and foremost, check out the About GGP page, as it's been updated with the story of how this whole thing got started. The GGP Staff page has also been updated with Anthony's bio. Sean and Steven will be posting theirs soon as well.
Lots of stuff going on behind the scenes right now too, we pretty much have the initial list of guitar models we're going to be offering finalized, just working on coming up with names for them (which is a lot more difficult than I personally thought it would be!). We're not quite ready to spill all of the details yet, but you can expect a nice variety of both vintage and modern styles with some pretty unique features...at prices that will likely be lower than you're expecting! We also have some ideas in the pipeline for how YOU can be involved with GGP too - If you're interested in buying one of these guitars in the future (or even if you just feel like helping us out), you might want to consider saving any spare guitar parts you've got stashed away...things are going to be ramping up big time over the next few weeks. Stay tuned!
Anyway, I know I teased you guys big time with the last post by just giving you one photo, so I'll whet your appetites a bit more here. As always, you can click on any of these images for larger photos...
3 of the first GGP guitars...the black one in the middle was the first prototype! The other two are ones you've likely seen on big stages by now...
The orange guitar seen here is a cool prototype built primarily out of bamboo...you don't see that often, huh?
Bodies and necks hanging in the spray booth...
Prepping for some electronics...
Feel free to register and comment and let us know what you think so far (
the login/register link is in a not-so-obvious place right now, so I figured I'd mention it here, I'm going to move it to the top of the site soon to make it even easier - UPDATE: This is done, check the top right corner of the page!). We're just getting started, so feedback from you guys is really appreciated, and we'll make sure to answer any questions you have too!

So, the site is finally up! I know the current layout is as basic as it gets, but don't worry, things will be getting more interesting in the coming days and weeks as we add more features. I just wanted to get something up so I could finally let the cat out of the bag on this! You'll be hearing a lot more about GGP from Sean and Steven soon, but for now, here's a little teaser of what's to come...
